Prices and estimates
Nothing on this site is a quote. Any price you get before someone has seen the job is an estimate, and the actual price depends on what we find when we get there. The number that counts is the one we give you in writing before work begins, and that number does not change partway through the job.
There is a $50 service call fee for coming out and diagnosing the problem. It is waived when Citrus Plumbing performs the repair. That rule is stated here so it cannot come as a surprise.
The agreement for the actual work
Plumbing work is governed by the written agreement or invoice you receive from us, not by this website. That document covers scope, price, payment, and any warranty on the work. If anything here seems to conflict with it, the written agreement wins.
For home improvement work above $500, California law requires a written contract, and we follow it. You can verify our license, bond, and classification with the Contractors State License Board at any time — CSLB #1154691, C-36.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate, but plumbing advice on a web page cannot account for your house, your pipes, or your water. Descriptions of services, how systems work, and what typically causes a problem are general information, not a diagnosis. Do not rely on them in place of having someone look at the actual problem, and do not attempt gas or water heater work yourself based on anything you read here.
We can change, remove, or add anything on this site at any time without notice.
Limits on our liability for this website
To the fullest extent California law allows, Citrus Plumbing is not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its contents, including any interruption, error, or inaccuracy. This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for plumbing work we perform, which is covered by your written agreement and by California contractor law.
Links to other sites
The site links to our profiles on Google, Yelp, and Instagram, and to the CSLB license lookup. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Ownership
The text, photos of our work, and the Citrus Plumbing name and logo on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page. Do not copy our photos or text to represent someone else's business.
Your privacy
What we collect through this site and how we handle it is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
